Welcome to Mea-Culpa's affiliates program.

The following describes the general conditions that have to be followed by MEA-CULPA and by the AFFILIATE.

1. The AFFILIATE is responsible for reading and respecting all the conditions defined by MEA-CULPA. If the conditions are not respected, the AFFILIATE's account will be terminated and the payment void. No warnings will be issued, and no reasons or excuses will be accepted.



2. The AFFILIATE must respect MEA-CULPA's good reputation.



3. No spam will be tolerated. Should MEA-CULPA receive complaints due to unsolicited emails sent by the AFFILIATE, he will be added to the MEA-CULPA blacklist and the AFFILIATE's information will be sent to the appropriate organization's legal department. The AFFILIATE's accounts will be terminated and payment will be void.



4. The AFFILIATE may not promote MEA-CULPA on sites displaying child pornography, bestiality, hate sites or any other sites displaying illegal material. In such cases, the AFFILIATE's accounts will be terminated and the payment void



5. MEA-CULPA will not accept any serious complaints from anyone concerning the way the AFFILIATE sends traffic to its websites, products or programs.



6. The AFFILIATE is responsible for providing MEA-CULPA with a valid email address which will be used for contact purposes.



7. MEA-CULPA must be able at all time to track the AFFILIATE's hits and visit the websites from where the visitors are coming from.



8. Credit card fraud is closely monitored and will not be tolerated by MEA-CULPA. Every case is reported to the credit card company concerned (Visa, Mastercard,...) and the applicable authorities. In the event that we detect any sort of mechanism that falsely generates signups to the website, we will prosecute the AFFILIATE responsible to the fullest extent of the law.



9. To link to our site, the AFFILIATE may only use the banners designed or approved by MEA-CULPA or html links. The surfer has to click on a banner or the html link promoting MEA-CULPA for Mea-Culpa's site to be loaded.



10. The surfers sent by the AFFILIATE to MEA-CULPA's website must join the website(s) by free will, without receiving anything in return (services or goods).



11. All hits must come from the AFFILIATE's own webpage(s). The AFFILIATE is not authorized to use MEA-CULPA's name, URL or anything associated with MEA-CULPA or its websites outside of his website.



12. Misleading advertising by the AFFILIATE will be considered as cheating. This includes, but is not limited to, blind links, text links, thumbnail banners, 'popups', etc.



13. Signups will not be tracked by MEA-CULPA should the customer refuse to be tracked (by disabling cookies).



14. Payments made through money order will not be taken into consideration since we cannot trace them with cookies.



15. MEA-CULPA may deactivate any referred account that is not profitable without warning. Due amounts will be paid and accounts will be deactivated.



16. If MEA-CULPA discovers that the AFFILIATE is the sole user of the link in order to take personally advantage of the discounts his account will be closed and all payment will be void.



17. Using a fake payout name or filling out the application with false information is considered as a fraud (especially if the AFFILIATE is caught cheating in another account). The account will be terminated and the payment void.



18. MEA-CULPA reserves the right to close ALL the accounts and void the payment of an AFFILIATE who would not respect the terms and conditions of the present document.



19. MEA-CULPA reserves the right to terminate this agreement or transfer an account from a publicity program to another at any time, for any reason, including, but not restricted to, profitability. In any case, the AFFILIATE will be notified and will be paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the AFFILIATE has cheated by violating these terms and conditions.
    
    
20. If any of the conditions need to be changed, or new conditions added, MEA-CULPA will post a notice on the AFFILIATE's statistic page et vous serez aussi averti par courriel. The AFFILIATE will then have seven (7) days to respect the new condition should it apply to him before MEA-CULPA starts enforcing it. If the AFFILIATE doesn't respect the new condition after the said delay, his account will be terminated and the payment of incomes generated after the new condition is applicable will be voided.



21. MEA-CULPA can not be held responsible for the lost of the AFFILIATE's statistics following technical problems. The revenues for which tracking has been lost will not be paid.






22. The earnings due to the AFFILIATE are calculated by MEA-CULPA. The AFFILIATE can see the amount owed to him in the statistics section of MEA-CULPA's program.



23. MEA-CULPA agrees to pay the AFFILIATE a commission fee of 50% (before taxes) on the sales of online series of photographs and on the sales of its cd's purchased by consumers originating from the AFFILIATE's website.



24. All payments will be made in Canadian Dollars. Paiements can be requested at any time by the AFFILIATE if he has accumulated $50 canadians or more. Payments will be made automatically by Mea-Culpa once the AFFILIATE account reaches $1000 canadians if no payment requests are made before that.
